About Us
Our Mission
Empowering young African women with digital and financial skills for a brighter future.
Sheadvance is committed to drastically reducing the digital and financial literacy divide by giving women in career and entrepreneurship easy access to training platforms. Our work is in alignment with SDGs 1, 4, 8, 10, and 17, with our primary focus on SDG 4: Quality Education.

What Stand For:
To create a future where every African woman has the digital and financial skills to lead, innovate, and succeed.
Aligned with United Nations SDG 4: Quality Education, Sheadvance works to reduce the gender divide in digital and financial literacy.
Prototype program tested with 30 women in Nigeria (April/May 2025) with measurable improvements in digital and financial confidence.
Our Core Values
At Sheadvance, our work is guided by values that reflect who we are and what we stand for.

- Accessibility – Making digital and financial literacy training easy to reach.
- Collaboration – Building partnerships that create lasting impact.
The Story Behind Sheadvance
The journey of Sheadvance began with a simple but profound observation:
many women in my community were held back financially, not because they lacked ambition, but because of a digital and financial knowledge gap. I saw an opportunity to change this — to bridge the divide. I also realized that the training women needed already existed online in abundance; the real challenge was access, guidance, and support.
Sheadvance was born to be that bridge. We connect women to the right digital and financial literacy programs and walk with them every step of the way, ensuring they have the mentorship and encouragement to succeed. My vision is to empower African women — starting from Nigeria — with the knowledge and skills to unlock opportunities, achieve financial independence, and drive economic growth.
