About Us

Our Mission

Sheadvance exists to guide Africans, especially women and young people, toward the right learning opportunities and support them to actually apply what they learn.

We provide structure, mentorship, and accountability so that knowledge does not stop at certificates, but leads to real skills, employability, income growth, and sustainable progress.

Why SheAdvance Exist:

Millions of people enroll in courses every year, but many never finish or know how to apply what they learn.

Without clear direction or support, learners feel overwhelmed, take random courses, and lose motivation.

Sheadvance was created to change this.

We help learners gain clarity, choose the right path, stay consistent, and turn learning into real progress in their careers, businesses, and lives.

Our Story

The journey of Sheadvance began with a simple but profound observation:

Sheadvance was founded by Felicia Oluwamayomikun Aladeniyi, a management professional and lifelong learner with a strong passion for women development and technology enabled learning.

Through years of experience and self learning, she observed that many women and young people were not limited by opportunity, but by direction and support.

In response, Sheadvance was launched to help learners identify the right paths, stay consistent, and turn knowledge into meaningful progress.

From pilot programs to guided mentorship and digital learning support, Sheadvance continues to grow as a platform committed to real impact.
